On 1 October 2020, in the House of Representatives the Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, co-chairman of the Interparliamentary Commission for Cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Valery Mitskevich had a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Belarus Armen Ghevondyan.

The meeting was initiated by the Armenian side. During the meeting the sides discussed topical issues of mutual cooperation.

On 22 February 2024, Andrei Savinykh, the Chairperson of the Standing Commission of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on International Affairs, the Head of the Belarusian delegation to the OSCE PA participated in the meeting of the General Committee on Economic Affairs, Science, Technology and Environment which took place in the framework of the Winter Session of the OSCE PA in Vienna.

On 22 February 2024, Andrei Savinykh, the Chairperson of the Standing Commission of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on International Affairs, the Head of the Belarusian delegation to the OSCE PA participated in the activities of the first day of the 23 rd  OSCE PA Winter Meeting in Vienna  ( Republic of Austria ) .

22 – 23 February 2024,  Andrei  Savinykh ,  the Chair person  of the  Standing  Commission of the House of  R epresentatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on  I nternational Affairs, the  H ead of the  Belarusian  delegation to the OSCE PA will take part in the  W inter  meeting  of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, which will be held in Vienna (Republic of Austria).
