On 26 June 2020, Andrei Savinykh, Chairperson of the Standing Commission of the House of Representatives on International Affairs, Head of the Delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus to the OSCE PA took part in an online informal meeting of the OSCE PA Heads of National Delegations from Belarus and Russia with the OSCE PA President George Tsereteli and Secretary General Roberto Montella in the video conference format.

The meeting was dedicated to the regional specifics of responses to COVID-19 in the field of health care and economic aid measures. Also in focus were international cooperation, inter-parliamentary dialogue, important events in the area oflegislation, elections and engagement in the OSCE PA activities.

On 22 February 2024, Andrei Savinykh, the Chairperson of the Standing Commission of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on International Affairs, the Head of the Belarusian delegation to the OSCE PA participated in the meeting of the General Committee on Economic Affairs, Science, Technology and Environment which took place in the framework of the Winter Session of the OSCE PA in Vienna.

On 22 February 2024, Andrei Savinykh, the Chairperson of the Standing Commission of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on International Affairs, the Head of the Belarusian delegation to the OSCE PA participated in the activities of the first day of the 23 rd  OSCE PA Winter Meeting in Vienna  ( Republic of Austria ) .

22 – 23 February 2024,  Andrei  Savinykh ,  the Chair person  of the  Standing  Commission of the House of  R epresentatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on  I nternational Affairs, the  H ead of the  Belarusian  delegation to the OSCE PA will take part in the  W inter  meeting  of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, which will be held in Vienna (Republic of Austria).

On 5 October 2023, the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Andreichenko and the Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Natalya Kochanova had a meeting with the Kyrgyz parliamentary delegation headed by the Toraga of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurlan Shakiev.
