From 18 to 22 June 2021, Chairman of the Standing Commission of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on Industry, Fuel and Energy Complex, Transport and Communications, member of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission on Cooperation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia I.S. Komarovsky took part in the international observation of the early elections of deputies of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia as part of the Observer Mission from the Commonwealth of Independent States through the Interparliamentary Assembly of Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States as a coordinator of the observer group.

34 observers from the IPA CIS are accredited for the elections from seven member states of the IPA CIS: the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of the Secretariat of the IPA CIS Council, including experts from the International Institute for Monitoring the Development of Democracy, Parliamentarism and Compliance electoral rights of citizens of the states - participants of the IPA CIS.

At the final press conference of the Mission of Оbservers from the Commonwealth of Independent States, it was noted that the voting was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the electoral code, observers from the CIS did not record violations that could affect the results of the elections.
