On 30 May 2017, in the House of Representatives, Vladimir Andreichenko, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, had a meeting with the Thai parliamentary delegation headed by Peerasak Porjit, Second Vice-President of the National Legislative Assembly of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Vladimir Andreichenko noted the important role of the Belarusian-Thai inter-parliamentary cooperation in strengthening bilateral relations in various fields.
The sides had an engaged exchange of views on the expansion of the legal framework, ratification of previously signed agreements, development of trade and economic and investment cooperation, establishment of joint ventures in the territories of both countries, interaction in training, promotion of tourism through visa facilitation.
Special attention was paid to the topic of mutual support in the international arena.
The parliamentarians reaffirmed their readiness to help strengthen business ties by exchanging delegations of representatives of business circles.
During the meeting, the Thai side invited the working group of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on cooperation with the Parliament of the Kingdom of Thailand to visit Thailand on a return visit.All news
