On June 27 2017, in the House of Representatives, Vladimir Andreichenko, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, had a meeting with Tran Dai Quang, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
In his opening speech, the Chairman of the House of Representatives spoke about long-standing strong traditions of friendship and cooperation between Belarus and Vietnam.
Vladimir Andreichenko noted the important contribution of the parliamentarians to the strengthening of the political dialogue, the expansion of the legal framework, the development of constructive cooperation in various fields in the interests of the friendly peoples of both states.
The President of Vietnam stressed that his visit to Belarus took place in the year of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
Tran Dai Quang expressed his confidence that further productive dialogue between the legislative bodies of both countries on a bilateral basis and within the framework of international parliamentary structures would help expand and deepen the multifaceted Belarusian-Vietnamese cooperation.
The President of Vietnam conveyed the invitation of Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, President of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, to Vladimir Andreichenko to visit Vietnam.
Particular attention during the conversation was paid to bilateral trade and implementation of joint projects. A serious potential in the sphere of interaction between the regions was noted. The parties also expressed confidence that the positive dynamics in the development of trade and economic relations between the two countries will be preserved and increased.
The meeting was attended by deputies of the House of Representatives Valery Voronetsky, Lyudmila Dobrynina, Tatyana Kononchuk, Valentin Mikhnevich, Andrei Rybak, Dmitry Zablotsky, Irina Dorofeeva, as well as Vladimir Goshin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.All news
