On 2 April 2024, the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Petr Tolstoy visited the Republic of Belarus to take part in the celebrations to mark the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Belarus and Russia.

On 23 February 2024, the Head of the Belarusian Parliamentary Delegation to the OSCE PA, Andrei Savinykh, continued his work within the framework of the OSCE PA Winter Meeting in Vienna, taking part in the events of the final day of the Assembly.

On 22 February 2024, Andrei Savinykh, the Chairperson of the Standing Commission of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on International Affairs, the Head of the Belarusian delegation to the OSCE PA participated in the meeting of the General Committee on Economic Affairs, Science, Technology and Environment which took place in the framework of the Winter Session of the OSCE PA in Vienna.

On 22 February 2024, Andrei Savinykh, the Chairperson of the Standing Commission of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on International Affairs, the Head of the Belarusian delegation to the OSCE PA participated in the activities of the first day of the 23 rd OSCE PA Winter Meeting in Vienna ( Republic of Austria ) .
